WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
We process personal data provided by users in the following circumstances:
Contact form: first name and email address (and any other information voluntarily provided), for the purpose of handling and responding to enquiries.
Browsing data: through Google Analytics 4 we collect data on website usage (pages visited, visit duration, device, approximate location), for the purpose of analysing and improving the website. This data is only collected if the user gives their consent via the cookie banner.
Booking data: if you make an online booking, we process the data required to manage the rental agreement (name, email, phone number, rental dates and payment details), for the purpose of executing and managing that agreement.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Contact form: the data subject’s consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Analytics cookies: the data subject’s consent given via the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Online bookings: performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

DATA RETENTION
Contact form data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. Booking data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil applicable contractual and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention periods configured in Google Analytics. Users may request erasure of their data at any time.

RECIPIENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required. However, please be aware that the following service providers may have access to data as data processors:
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics): may involve international transfer of data to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
O2switch (web hosting): servers located in France (EU); no international data transfer involved.
